How we handle your data.
BaziAura (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We collect the minimum necessary to operate.
1. What we collect
When you subscribe to the Founder's Cohort, we collect:
- Your email address
- The signup source (which form on our site)
- Your browser's user agent string (for spam prevention)
- Timestamp of subscription
We do not collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personal identifier in our subscriber database. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.
2. What we use it for
- To notify you when BaziGPT launches
- To send Founder's Cohort exclusive updates
- To deliver your complimentary BaZi reading at launch
We do not:
- Sell your email to third parties
- Use your email for marketing unrelated to BaziAura
- Share your data with advertisers
3. Where it lives
Email addresses are stored encrypted at rest in a Supabase Postgres database (US-East region). Email transit is TLS-encrypted. Database access is restricted to BaziAura production servers.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which counts page visits and approximate locations without setting cookies, identifying individuals, or sharing data with third parties. No personal identifiers are recorded.
5. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your subscription and all associated data
- Unsubscribe via the link in every email we send
Send any such request to [email protected] and we will respond within 7 days.
6. Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. Vercel may set technical cookies necessary for serving the site, but no marketing or third-party tracking cookies are used.
7. International users
BaziAura serves a global audience. Subscribers from the EU, UK, California, and other regions with data-protection laws have all rights described above. We aim to comply with the spirit of GDPR and CCPA.
8. Children
BaziAura is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has subscribed, please contact us for immediate deletion.
9. Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will email all subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
